EPICS
During my undergraduate studies, I created and organized EPICS, a student conference on the European Union.
EPICS, the European Project International Conference for Students, was created by five Italian students to bring debate about the European Union into universities. It was held in Trieste from 24 to 26 March 2017, with participants from Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, and other European countries.
The conference focused on European integration and the challenges facing the EU. Through six workshops, participants worked toward the Charter of Trieste, intended for presentation to the European Commission and the European Parliament.
Speakers
- H.E. Adriano Chiodi Cianfarani, Ambassador of Italy to Croatia
- H.E. Paolo Trichilo, Ambassador of Italy to Slovenia
- Radovan Vukadinović, President of the Center for International Studies, Zagreb
